Caroline, our face of ChurchPOP, said she prays the following prayers while she brushes her teeth in the morning.
The reason?
She said, “My dentist told me I needed to brush my teeth for a longer amount of time–two minutes, as recommended by dentists!”
She continued, “I wasn’t taking enough time in the morning to brush them…and I wasn’t taking enough time in the morning to pray either.
The prayer consists of a combination of The Daily Offering to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the closing prayer to the Divine Mercy Chaplet, The Fiat (Yes) Prayer, the Saint Michael the Archangel prayer, and St. Francis’ Peace Prayer.

Daily Offering to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day,
For all the intentions of your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month.
Amen.
Closing Prayer to the Divine Mercy Chaplet
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
Amen.
The Fiat Prayer
Holy Mary, obtain for me the help I need to do my very best,
using all the powers within me and all the talents and skills I possess,
according to my possibilities, to fulfill God’s plan in every circumstance of my life.
Amen.
St. Michael Prayer
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of Battle;
be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke Him, we humbly pray, and do Thou,
O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the power of God, cast into Hell, Satan
and all the other evil spirits who prowl through the world, seeking to ruin of souls.
Amen.
Prayer of St. Francis
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is discord, union;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
