"You Kill Them Now or You Kill Them Later,” State Rep. Says of "Unwanted" Children Amid Abortion Debate in Alabama
This is so horrible!
During a debate regarding the Alabama abortion ban, Alabama Democratic State Rep. John Rogers said, “Some kids are unwanted, so you kill them now or you kill them later.
“You bring them in the world unwanted, unloved, you send them to the electric chair. So, you kill them now or you kill them later”
Here’s the video below:
The Alabama House voted 73-4 to outlaw abortion at every stage of pregnancy. However, there would still be an exception if the mother’s life is threatened.
According to a Fox News report, “Supporters of the legislation hope that the fight will carry on to the U.S. Supreme Court and encourage the justices to revisit the landmark Roe v Wade decision that legalized abortion in 1973.”
Backlash on Social Media
Countless social media users responded to his comment with complete disgust, including Donald Trump Jr., who shared his thoughts after retweeting a post from Daily Wire reporter Ryan Saavedra.
Here’s what he said:
Donald Trump Jr.’s full tweet reads, This is stomach curling and makes Ralph Northam look like a moderate on abortion. Every Democrat running for President needs to be asked where they stand on this.
“The extreme turn we’ve seen from Dems on abortion recently is truly sickening.”
Please pray for our government leaders!
