The Knights of Columbus has an amazing new video series called Everyday Heroes (watch a trailer for the whole series here), which highlights stories of how their members are serving the Church and the world in particularly inspiring ways. We already shared Episode 1 on the young man some people are already calling a saint.
This week’s episode is the incredible story of how a chapter of the Knights of Columbus at the University of Notre Dame has raised over $1 million for pregnancy care centers.
Their secret? A simple steak sandwich cookout before football games. The money has been used to buy ultrasound machines that help encourage women with crisis pregnancies to choose life. The knights at Notre Dame also volunteer at a local pregnancy care center twice a week
