Taylor Swift Mocks Christians in "You Need to Calm Down" Video Promoting LGBTQ Agenda
Please pray for Taylor Swift!
Taylor Swift recently dropped her latest music video, which promotes the homosexual agenda and mocks Christians.
The LGBTQ anthem “You Need to Calm Down,” glorifies the homosexual and transgender agenda with rainbow symbols, a gay wedding, drag queens, and a few cameos from some of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood.
The lyrics lecture those unsupportive of the homosexual lifestyle, demanding they “calm down.” The video’s message specifically targets Christians, portraying them as unclean and unintelligent.
She presents these “Christians” as protesters holding signs that say, “Adam + Eve NOT Adam + Steve,” “Homosekualty is SIN,” and “Get a Brain Morans.”
Another sign reads, “Hell,” surrounded by red flames.

Swift implies that all Christians are dirty, sweaty, mean, and unintelligent.
The Catholic Church teaches that people with homosexual tendencies “must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity,” but that homosexual acts constitute “grave depravity,” are “intrinsically disordered,” and that “under no circumstances can they be approved.” Instead, “homosexual persons are called to chastity.” (CCC 2357-2359)
Providence Bishop Thomas Tobin also recently reminded Catholics that they should “not support or attend LGBTQ ‘Pride Month’ events held in June. They promote a culture and encourage activities that are contrary to Catholic faith and morals. They are especially harmful for children.”
He added that, “the Catholic Church has respect and love for members of the gay community, as do I…individuals with same-sex attraction are beloved children of God and our brothers and sisters.”
Let us pray for all those who struggle with homosexual tendencies, and for those who support this lifestyle.
Our Lady, please pray for our culture!
