Our Lady Statue Perfectly Intact After Tornado Rips Through Kentucky Catholic Church
This is truly miraculous! 😇
A statue of Our Lady holding the Infant Child Jesus remained perfectly intact after a monstrous tornado ripped through Kentucky on Fri., Dec. 10 and Sat., Dec. 11.
Storms and tornadoes passed through nine midwestern and southern states, but Kentucky endured the most severe damage. As of this writing, the tornado killed at least 74 people.
The untouched statue remained standing near a severely damaged Resurrection Catholic Church in Dawson Springs, Kentucky.

Owensboro Bishop William Medley requested prayers and donations for victims as they endure this tragedy.
“Though no one but the Lord can heal the broken hearts of those who have lost loved ones, I am humbled by the outpouring of support coming to us from around the country and the world,” Bishop Medley told CNA.
“Several bishops have communicated to me that they are asking their parishes to take up a collection for the tornado victims.”
Bishop Medley added that Pope Francis prayed for Kentucky and all those affected by the tornadoes.
