This is so sweet and inspiring! 🙌 👩❤️👨
Mark Wahlberg posted a video on his Instagram with wife Rhea promoting prayer and fitness.
In the short video posted Aug. 14, Mark says that Rhea surprised him at the gym so they could exercise together.
“I thought she was going to work out with Tina and Shannon after, and she surprised me. She’s going to work out with me today,” he said. “Couples that pray together and train together, stay together.”
He then gives her a kiss.

Wahlberg’s phrase mimics that of Fr. Patrick Payton’s, who famously said, “Families that pray together, stay together.”
The actor told The Catholic Herald in 2010 that prayer is his first priority upon waking each morning.
“The first thing I do when I start my day is, I get down on my hands and knees and give thanks to God. Whenever I go outside of my house, the first thing I do is stop at the church.”
Wahlberg also promoted priestly vocations in 2016, and regularly encourages his followers in faith. He and his wife have four children together.
However, Wahlberg has been criticized for his leading role in the vulgar Ted movie series. He has also implied his support for same-sex marriage in 2017.
Our Lady, please pray for all couples to live in holiness!
