The week-long 51st International Eucharistic Congress (IEC) ended in Cebu, Philippines on January 31st, 2016. There were delegates from over 70 countries; the best Catholic speakers from around the world; a video message from Pope Francis; 5,000 children received their First Communion; and two huge open-air Masses.

But the most amazing part of it all might have been the massive, stunningly beautiful Eucharistic procession. According to Vatican Radio, 2 million people participated, and the procession stretched 5 km!
