Alleged Eucharistic Miracle in Paraguay: Host Becomes Rose Petals (Pictures & Video Inside)
What do you think of this?
In Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay, Fr. Gustavo Palacios of Virgen de las Mercedes parish in Valle Pucú, Areguá said a Eucharistic host became rose petals, with a strong scent filling the room.
He explained that after opening a pix to distribute communion to a sick woman, he “saw watery purple liquid. It was not blood and it smelled of roses.
“Now the next step is to send for scientific research in Rome,” Fr. Palacios said.
He explained that the sick woman had a special devotion to Our Lady of the Mystical Rose. The family gathers in prayer requesting Our Lady of the Mystical Rose’s intercession every Tuesday.
Aleteia reported that the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Concepción will send the alleged miracle to the Holy See for scientific research and evaluation.
