Actor and comedian Rob Schneider revealed the power of the rosary after he offered prayers for his daughter, country singer Elle King.

In a two-hour interview on "The Tucker Carlson Show," Schneider begins by apologizing to his daughter after she accused him of a "toxic" childhood environment in a recent podcast.

“If you love somebody completely, you just — I love her and all I want for her is to be happy and to heal from this," Schneider says.

The actor then explains that he prayed for his daughter and detailed the powerful peace he felt as a result of the recitation of the rosary with his wife, Patricia.

Schneider says he never prayed the rosary before, but after this decision, his experience "was beautiful" and he felt peace "the whole next day."

Here's the text of Rob Schneider's Rosary testimony:

"It was a beautiful thing. My wife and I – Patricia, which is the best thing that ever happened to me--that God gave me– was this...
We never did the rosary together, ever. So we were in bed the other night before I flew out here and 'let's do it.'
And we didn't even remember (...) exactly how to do it. I'm a new Catholic, so we're literally like going over each bead and doing 'Hail Marys' and then 'Our Fathers and then, 'What's this bead for?'
"And and I will tell you, it was beautiful and the peace that I felt after that and the whole next day was really the power of prayer. I'm praying for my daughter and I hope that people will pray for her."

Rob Schneider's Conversion to the Catholic Church

Schneider announced his conversion to Catholicism in Oct. 2023, however, he told ChurchPOP editor Jacqueline Burkepile that he joined the Church during the pandemic.

"I was the one drifting away and Jesus was always there," he said. "When it became more obvious, and I when I saw Father [Chad] Ripperger, and I spent time with [a priest] in Phoenix...it became more reassuring to hear the words of a priest telling me that God–Jesus– already won. This is just a mop-up mission."
