3 Ways the Rosary Can Radically Change Your Life in 2025

ChurchPOP

Ready to make 2025 your year? Let the Rosary lead the way! 📿

In this episode of "The Catholic Talk Show," Ryan Scheel, Ryan Dellacrosse, and Father Mark-Mary Ames, CFR, of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, discuss how the Rosary can change your life in the year ahead!

1) The Rosary Is for Everyone

Whether you're a lifelong Catholic or curious about a Christ-centered devotion, the Rosary can bring you spiritual growth. Praying the Rosary helps calm your soul, draws you closer to Christ, and strengthens your resolve to share His love with others.

“It is a weapon and it is fruitful in this epic spiritual battle. It’s a light that shines in any darkness, a hope no darkness can conquer. It's a huge source of grace for the whole world,” Father Mark-Mary says.

2) The Rosary is Your “School of Prayer”

The Rosary gives us structure and guidance for meditating on the life of Christ. Each Mystery is a chance to slow down and encounter the Gospel more closely, helping you align your heart with Jesus and His Mother.

By dedicating time to the Rosary, you can learn to listen more attentively to God’s voice and carry that prayerfulness into every other part of your day.

It’s about learning how to pray with the truths of our faith,” Father Mark-Mary says.

3) Build a Habit That Fits Your Busy Life

Struggling to stay consistent with prayer? You’re not alone. Father Mark-Mary admits he once “made it like a checklist—just saying 50 Hail Marys, knocking it off the list. It wasn’t really prayerful at all.”

Starting with small steps, like carrying a Rosary in your pocket or praying during commutes, can help turn your usual routine into a holy pause.

He says, “Concentrating for 15 minutes is a bit of a muscle you build over time,” like a spiritual workout.

The guys say that committing to the Rosary this year will change your spiritual life in so many amazing and unexpected ways!
