How do you really make a good Eucharistic Holy Hour?
Fr. Mark-Mary and Mother Clare of the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Renewal explain how to make a holy hour in front of the Blessed Sacrament. They spend one hour every day before Jesus!
According to the video, the friars and sisters pray this at the beginning of each holy hour:
“We adore you, most holy Lord Jesus Christ, here and in all your churches throughout the world. And we bless you, because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.”
