You don’t see this very often!
In a video going viral in the Catholic interwebs, you can see Bishop Andrew Cozzens (auxilary bishop of the Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis since 2013) leading a band of young priests in songs for a huge crowd of young people.
The clerics call their band The Second Collection, and they were performing at the annual Archdiocesan Youth Day at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul, MN.
And apparently they were a big hit! In addition to the positive crowd reaction in the video, comments on the video on Facebook are very positive.
“This was so awesome to be there and see it live!” says one commenter. “We are truly blessed in our archdiocese with our priests!!!!!”
“This is awesome! I love being Catholic!! We know how to have fun!” writes another. You can read all the comments here.
